Elevate Creative Co. was born from a deep belief that small businesses deserve big-agency results without big-agency egos. Founded by a southern Ohio native, mom, and former corporate creative, Elevate was built to help entrepreneurs, nonprofits, and local brands show up online with clarity, confidence, and creativity.

After years of watching small-town businesses struggle to keep up with ever-changing platforms and overpriced marketing firms, I launched Elevate to bridge that gap — blending strategy, story, and visuals into marketing that actually works.

    I’m the Founder, CEO, and Chief Marketing Officer of Elevate Creative and From the Sidelines by Kiersten Beatty — two brands built to help businesses, communities and athletes tell their stories with clarity, creativity, and impact.

    Along the way, I was also named a Board Director for the Cincinnati Better Business Bureau in 2025, adding another layer to my mission of championing growth and trust in business.

    I’m a wife, a mom of two, and a lifelong creative raised in a family of storytellers, makers, and entrepreneurs. Storytelling has always been my language — I just found a way to turn it into strategy.

    Since earning my degree in Marketing Communications from the University of Cincinnati in 2019, I’ve dedicated my career to helping small businesses define their brand, cut through the noise, and connect with their audience in meaningful ways.

    My mission is bold but simple: to take the weight of marketing off your shoulders, so you can run your business with confidence while I make sure your brand isn’t just seen — it’s remembered.

    Hi, I’m Hannah — a strategist, storyteller, and lifelong learner who believes in the power of connection.

    I have two Australian Shepherds and two horses who keep life full of energy and adventure. My love for visual storytelling began while traveling the world, where I saw firsthand how powerful stories can bridge cultures and spark connection.

    In 2016, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Communication from The Ohio State University, and in 2022, I went on to complete my Master’s in Criminal Justice from Southern New Hampshire University. Along the way, I also earned my Google Display Ads, Google Search Ads, and Google Analytics certifications, giving me the tools to blend creativity with data-driven strategy.

    Today, I focus on helping small businesses connect with both current and future customers. For me, it’s not just about creating content — it’s about providing the tools businesses need to effectively market themselves, engage with their audience, and nurture relationships that last. Seeing that impact come to life is where I find my greatest sense of pride and fulfillment.

    Hi! I’m Cass — the one who keeps Elevate Creative running smoothly behind the scenes. With a love for organization and efficiency, I make sure projects stay on track, deadlines are met, and nothing slips through the cracks. My keen eye for detail and strong communication skills keep our team and clients connected, aligned, and moving forward.

    Outside of work, I’m an animal lover at heart and cherish spending time with my family.
